Why not meet for a drink and chat in the ILT&SC cafe-bar after the Tuesday night run (about 8.45pm).
Ilkley Harriers is a friendly club, keep your ears open at club nights and keep an eye on the Forum and Facebook for news of post-race drinks, social/training runs, there's all sorts going on ...
From Jayne Norman ... trying to avoid league and other races, and a chance for members to try out new places/routes. All welcome - plenty of re-grouping.
From Jayne Norman ... After a few years absence - we are organising a Dales Way relay.
This is a great opportunity for runners of all abilities to get involved with the club.
The Dales Way is approx. 80 miles long, split into 13 legs for this relay.
Setting off from Lake Windermere at 5am and aiming to be in Ilkley for 8pm.
We ideally need a minimum of two runners per leg, but the more the merrier. People can run more than one leg.
Logistics and car sharing will be organised nearer the time.
Spectators and supporters also welcome.
