From Petra Bijsterveld… On the weekend I ran the 108 mile Montane Summer Spine Challenger South, along the Pennine Way from Edale to Hardraw. The start was at 8 am
From Jane McCarthy… Ben Rothery and I were the only Harriers racing at Buttermere Sailbeck Fell Race on Saturday, a 9 mile, 4,300ft horseshoe from the shores of picturesque Buttermere
From Neil Chapman… Christos Tzelis was over at Coimbra in Portugal at the weekend representing GB, taking part in the European Sprint Duathlon Championship. This is the short course version
From Sally Armitage… What a great evening for a race, 13 degrees, dry and only a slight breeze. Much better than last year’s Otley 10 when it was around 21

From Helen Waddington… Not too wet, windy or warm made for perfect Lakeland running conditions. This year there was a great new start location for this event, more central to
