Armagh 5k – Thu 9 Feb
Lawrence McCourt ran 14:46 for the road 5k in Armagh last night, coming in 110th place. This is the second fastest 5k run by a Harrier, only bettered by Cameron Reilly who holds the record of 14:30 which was set in 2021. The race was won in 13:37 by Henry McCluckie from Shaftesbury Barnet. Results
