We did this race last year in scorching conditions, fortunately the weather was a little kinder this year! The course is one lap of flat roads with a half mile or so detour off-road around a nature reserve. There is a 10m option run at the same time, which takes in two laps. Never a fan of races involving multiple laps, we both opted for the 5m race! I was pleased to finish in 34.12 and 1st FV50. Mark (Hall) finished in 30.05 and was 1st V60.
