From Neil Chapman…
Christos Tzelis went back to run the race that he won last year, which was again a 3300 entry sell out. In windy conditions, and having completed the Liverpool Cross Challenge the day before it was perhaps not surprising that he couldn’t take the win, but nevertheless he had a great race, which in Christos’s words he took at a steady pace, finishing in eighth place in a time of 32.48.
I am sure that most Harriers would have been more than happy to finish with that steady pace time!! Well done Christos.
