Congratulations to Tom Adams who is off to Thailand to represent GB&NI at the World Mountain and Trail Running Championships.

The Harrier is in a select squad of 10 for the 40km and 80km trail races which will take place in Chiang Mai on 3-6 November.

On the men’s side, this weekend’s UTMB third-place finisher Tom Evans heads the 80km line up.

And UTMB CCC runner-up and 2019 World Trail Champion Jon Albon will join Tom in the 40km race.
