My favourite run of the year, and my 9th time running it, Wetherby 10k! Sold as a fast, flat race, it never feels like it when you’re running it but always produces fast times. It’s the only ’multi-terrain‘ race on my calendar, labelled as such because of its 1.86km field section, and after pouring rain all morning there were some puddles in it to dodge this time! Luckily for me the faster ladies of previous years had all gone to other races this year which opened up the top places to us slightly lesser mortals and I managed to bag second place!
Great to see a good number of Harriers toeing the start line too.
