Christos Tzelis was the only Harrier who joined over 1500 other runners at the Trafford 10k at the weekend. This is a big race that attracts many of the top runners, which is highlighted by the 28:57 winning time of the Swede Victor Urquhart Smångs and the fact that 28 runners finished sub 30 minutes.
As you might expect with so many top runners around you, as always, Christos went out hard and gave it his best, finishing 74 overall in a great time of 31:08, which placed him an impressive 3rd in the U20 race. Well done Christos.
