Starting at Cave Castle Hotel & Country Club, the first three-quarters of the course was all flat through and coming out of South Cave (Town)+ 500 m stride across a field before going through Ellerker (Village). Undulating finish on the way back to SC and a 200 m sprint finish on the local primary school field. Pleased to just get sub 40, again representing IH in red & green and credit to KUHAC road runners for organising the race.
