As is required in our Club Constitution we must hold an AGM after the end of our financial year, which was August 31st. This year our AGM will be at Ilkley tennis club at 8.30pm on Tuesday 26th September.

We must have an AGM with a quorum of members and the committee would appreciate it if as many of you as possible could attend to hear what we and others in the club have undertaken on your behalf, to question us and to input your ideas as well as get to see fellow members.

You should now all have received an email with the draft agenda and minutes from last year’s meeting as well as contact details for any input you might have. Over the next few weeks we will prepare reports and audited accounts for both the seniors and juniors and these will be circulated with the final agenda the weekend before.
