Jack Cummings on his first ever parkrun broke the Myrtle parkrun course record on his way to a brilliant win.
Myrtle parkrun is a course well known for its difficulty and a tough hill that is negotiated 4 times. A multi terrain course with a mixture of tarmac and grass, his time of 16:31 was about 3 seconds faster than Jack Kelly who got the record only 8 weeks prior.
Mike AC held on to a distant 2nd place with a time of 18:46 to complete the Ilkley 1 and 2. His quest for a 1st place once again thwarted by the greatness of a Jack from Ilkley.
