It was a strong, gusty wind for this last 5k race in the 2023 series. Nevertheless 85 hardy souls, only two of us Ilkley Harriers, braved the elements. Harry had a great race, improving his PB over last month. My time wasn’t as good as my last time here in February, but I’m happy with work in progress after umpteen marathons.
Back to the track for me next week.
