Another Lakeland win for Sam at Langdale Horseshoe in an incredible time of 2:05 hrs especially in very wet and windy conditions. Jamie Bentham also had a fantastic run finishing in 3:27, followed by Richard, Charles and myself.

It was pretty cold on the tops with hail going over Bowfell and Crinkle Crags, and I definitely underdressed for the occasion! 

There was the Lakeland Classics presentation afterwards, Langdale being the last of the series. Each race is scored relative to the winning time and your best 3 races, including 2 super longs count. It was nice to get a mug for the 1st FV60, although it would be great to see more runners in my age group!
