From Paul Stephens…
My second parkrun, 15 years after the first, was a last minute decision on New Year’s Eve before we’d started on the wine and whisky. Keswick is a fast out and back course, and it was popular: 450+ runners. Only one other Harrier, Helen Thurston (with her daughter) who I think had driven up from Ilkley. I was staying in Threlkeld, so easy. I know parkruns are not races but I was concerned that I posted a reasonable time. I was 2nd in my age category. That was ok. Thank you to the Saturday morning efforts.
