Presentations: FRA English Fell Running Championships, Lakeland Classic Awards and British Athletics Fell & Hill Running Championship Awards.

Band: the Dinner and Awards Presentation will be followed by live music from party band Here’s to Us and the hotel has a resident DJ for late night dancing.

All ticket entries before 30th September will be entered into a Prize Draw (the draw will take place on 1 October) and the winner will get a free double (or twin) room at The Craiglands on the night of the Dinner. **No Ilkley Harrier members will be eligible for the Prize Draw**

Accommodation: The Craiglands Hotel are offering a 20% discount to anyone attending the event. Contact reservations directly on 01943 430001 to make a booking. Rooms are also available at The Cow & Calf pub, The Black Hat pub, The Wheatley (Ben Rhydding) plus AirBnB options.

Campervans: campervans are permitted at the Cow and Calf carpark (about half a mile from The Craiglands). There is hardstanding along the Moor Road (what3words: usages.acclaim.cosmic) beyond the Cow and Calf pub at the top of Cowpasture Rd and also at Darwin Gardens car park (what3words: clubbing.scrap.engulfing). There is a big car park at The Craiglands hotel but there is no overnight camping allowed please. 

Racing: the classic Tour of Pendle takes place on Saturday 15th November for those wanting a longer race before the dinner. Alternatively, the shorter and more local Harriers vs Cyclists Race is also planned for Saturday 15th in Bingley (TBC).
