From Alison Weston…

Three Harriers took part in the 15 mile Heptonstall fell race yesterday with 3100ft of climbing.

Registering in the church and setting off on the cobbles with a blessing from the vicar, the race criss-crosses the local moors and woods and has a sting in the tail in the last mile to get back up to the top of the village. Thai curry in the pub included in entry too!

Matthew had a great race and Kate too (5th lady and prize for 1st V40!)
