A hilly multi terrain event, the Harrogate 10k saw seven Harriers compete. Dan McKeown obviously had his Weetabix this and he powered up the hills like a graceful mountain goat, finishing in a godly 37:56 to finish seventh out of 785 and first in his age cat. Followed (not so closely) by Mike AC in 24th.

Tom Lambe ran strongly and crossed the line in just under 47 minutes, and a few new faces donned the Ilkley Harriers vests such Adrienne Dyson, Ken Souyave and Rachel Barnicoat.
