There’s a track night with a difference on Wednesday night (3rd August) as our friends at Baildon Runners and Saltaire Striders have asked us to join them in a friendly ‘Murder Mile’ event which is geared to ALL abilities. It’s in our usual 7.30pm-8.30pm slot at the UAK track in Keighley.

There will be four mile heats and you run in the one that fits your predicted time (8mins or over, 7-7:59, 6-6:59, sub-6) and then there’s a 4x400m relay, each team featuring one club runner from each of the four different heats (more details in comments).

The cost is completely free to you – we’re paying for it as a club as want to encourage as many people to get to the track, especially those who haven’t tried it before. The aim is to get 30+ from each club and Baildon and Saltaire close to that so we’ve got a bit of catching up to do! You just need to fill in this simple Google Form (no SignUp for this) so please enter ASAP! Any questions at all, just ask.
