Two Ilkley Harriers will be racing in the triathlon for Wales at the Commonwealth Games this week:

Dom Coy goes in both the men’s individual (1101BST on Friday) and the Mixed Team Relay (1431 on Sunday) and will be up against the likes of Olympic gold medallist Alex Yee.

And Rhys Jones is in the PTVI men’s race (1101 Sunday) and faces para triathlon legend and reigning world champion Dave Ellis. There’s full live coverage on the BBC.
