Saturday was a great day to emulate the Grand Old Duke of York, albeit with a breeze in the face on the way up, as did five Harriers. Two miles of mainly very steep ascent; runnable before Hag Dyke but mixed stone and bog thereafter followed by what felt like a precipitous descent. As usual, just pleased to end up with bones still in the right places.
