I completed a very hot Frog Graham Round on Saturday 13th August in the Lakes, supported on the swims by Graham in his kayak.

It is 40 miles and over 15,000 ft climbing, with swims across Derwent Water, Buttermere, Crummock Water and Bassenthwaite.

The running felt really hard but the swims very refreshing (despite being very slow!). It took me 17 hrs 44 minutes with a lovely sunrise and sunset.
