Two Harriers ran in Friday’s even splits York 5km.
Helena Coy finished 68th overall and 2nd female in 17:19, a big PB for her.
Matthew Lambe also finished in 20:44
On Saturday, Dom Coy ran in the Elite B at the Podium Festival race in Leicester, finishing in 14:16 (beating his previous PB of 14:25 so a new club record).
Looks like Daniel Fazackerley also ran in the 1 mile race with a net time of 4:39 (finish time 5:15, women had a 30 sec head start)
