Jack and I were the only Ilkley Harriers at the senior’s race on a warm sunny afternoon at Embsay.
Jack was 2nd (behind Simon Bailey who has won most of the men’s races this season) and I was pleased with 3rd female having been out for a run earlier on in the day having not been planning to run at Embsay.
