We had a full family turnout for the Conwy parkrun whilst holidaying in North Wales for the Coronation Weekend. The parkrun starts and finishes at the Conway RSPB reserve before going out along the River Conwy Estuary with Conwy’s beautiful castle as a backdrop. The course was on good paths – tarmac or gravel, and flat except for a climb up and over a pedestrian bridge (ramped not steps) in each direction. I ran with my youngest daughter which made for an enjoyable 5k!
