As is required in our Club Constitution we must hold an AGM after the end of our financial year, end August. This year our AGM is remote via Zoom on the 21st September 2021.

We must have an AGM with a quorum of members and the committee would appreciate if you could join to hear what the committee and others in the club have undertaken on your behalf, to question us and to input your ideas as well as get to see fellow members.

It would therefore be appreciated if as many of you who can join do so.

The details (including meeting ID / passcode) are all on the agenda (via this link) and you should also have received that and the minutes from last year’s meeting via email. Over the next few weeks we will prepare reports on our activities for discussion and these will be available beforehand along with the final agenda. This notice will also be posted on Facebook and WhatsApp.

Finally, there are still some key roles available so please step forward to support the club as part of the committee, race captains or race organisers. We look forward to seeing you in a few weeks.
