From Helen Waddington…

Glorious weather for this fast and flat course of two 5k laps. Great organisation from Salford Harriers – no fuss or frills but a great atmosphere and lots of friendly (mainly) club runners. Just two Ilkley vests present – myself and Beth Massey who had a strong run finishing in the top 20 women overall.
