Another win for Ben Rothery at this race yesterday, the last of the Kong Winter series. A great 5 mile run up Blencathra via Doddick fell with a short run along the ridge and then a steep descent back to Threlkeld. Sadly thick mist on the tops so no views at all!

He set a new course record of 45:03 [edit: amazingly despite a nasty fall on the descent which left him looking like Terry Butcher circa 1989!]

I finished in 01:16:48 (6th W50)
