From Alison Weston…

Another of the FRA original 50 races from Holme Chapel. A bit like Ilkley fell race with a rollercoaster of ups and downs. Just over 4 miles with 1.115 ft climbing.

I can’t find official results but my time was 48:29 minutes (6th Lady). Antonio has also been doing a lot of these FRA 50 races and was also running.

More on South Mynds race from last week – This was the last of the six English FRA championship races and placed Kate Archer 3rd vet 40 (bronze medal) – a brilliant achievement!
