If you fancy doing a reccie/practice runs of the Chevin Chase, then Paul Shack of Chevin Forest Flyers is kindly offering to organise one on 11 Nov at 3pm. He says ...
"Basically my house is a good staging point for the start and finish and as it is exceptionally muddy in parts will allow people to change and bag trousers and footwear (just in case they want a social at one of the local pubs too). We can accommodate either one or two groups-the fastest will be at about 9 minutes per mile and the slower can accommodate any ability."

PS I can't figure out if CC is full or not? People say it is, but the web site http://www.airecentre-pacers.co.uk/ doesn't say as such and the online entry link still works, at least for the first step. Anyone got any ideas?
