Ribble Valley 10k - Sunday 30th December

Entries are now open for this year's Ribble Valley 10k and as usual the race incorporates the open Northern Championships. As such, the race attracts a very strong field (often including the likes of Alistair Brownlee and Helen Clitheroe!) which can result in us lesser mortals being dragged round to some surprisingly fast times given the undulating nature of the course!
The race also has the added luxury of being run on traffic free roads as well as being a good opportunity to blow away those post Christmas cobwebs!
Lets see if we can get as many ladies as possible to take part in this classic 10k race. The race fills up fast so get your entries in asap via the UK Results or Blackburn Harriers websites.
