Hiya, this week we are back a vengeance, fressh from Europe!!
We are starting our Autumn/winter speed training for all those 10k, 10m and half marathon pb's we are going to set, with some of us excited about impending new age categories, yippee!!
Anyway, the session is tailored to all abilites. each week we we will concentrate on a slightly different speed element, from 200's through to hill efforts and 1m reps.
How can I join in, i hear you ask??
We meet at 7.45pm on the Middleton side of the Old bridge, we then ALWAYS warm-up with a lap of Rupert RD, for those of you who may be late, then some short drills near the bridge before we then start the efforts. We then finish with a lap of Rupert Rd, and a drink in the Taps for good Measure.
