As the tennis club is closed meeting at the bottom of Easby drive (opposite the top of stirton rd) for tonights run. Same as last week - to Addingham on Nestfield road with some 3 minute efforts, loop around Addingham, with a couple more efforts on the way back to Ilkley = 6.8miles at a steady pace between efforts and plenty of re-grouping.

Ali has just shown me a photo of the Ilkley to Nesfield Road and unless you go equipped with wet suits and snorkels you might have a problem. The road is flooded right across just by the groundsmen's buildings on the bend before the practice field. I would stay on higher ground if I were you.
