I recently joined Ilkley Harriers and I am interested in getting a training group together on a Tuesday night. I am hoping to run for approximately 1 hour (8m) using a circuit based around Ilkley/Burley but am open to suggestions for other routes. I thought a 6.30 minute mile pace would be a good place to start, running at a consistent pace with no stop-starting.
