NEW - YOGA FOR RUNNERS

Postby nikos » Wed Jul 25, 2012 12:35 am

Having spoken to the team that attends my strength and flexibility session, a yoga session would be very appealing.

So announcing it now that from Mid September to the 15th of December I ll be doing an indoor yoga for runners session every Wednesday. The Venue will be in Ilkley.

For the outdoor session I ll think about it during my holidays.

The session will be free. Free doesn't mean not done with passion.

I haven't forgotten this session, please check the forum tomorrow and Tuesday for further announcements.

As Neil and Pete's session is now on again on Monday's, the outdoor session I ran spring and summer time won't be on again probably until late spring again, and that only if there is a demand for it. I ll have to see how the winter training pans out and if the already existing sessions cover the needs of the members, I have some other things in mind but I ll wait for a couple of weeks and then announce some possible additional training sessions.

One thing that I would like to do would be to continue running on the fells and trails throughout winter, I ll post something on the forum soon and see if it generates any interest.

That a all for now in order to re connect with the forum, see many of you on Tuesday.

Apologies for the short notice but I have been squeezing my mind to come to a decision for when to start the sessions and possibly change the wording to comply with rules and be covered by my coaching skills. (the ones I have on paper as I believe personal experience worths more than any one day course)

You will have to give me an extra week before we start anything new. There are many plans but I will have to discuss them all. I was away for quite a while so just about catching up with everything here.

They will be sessions by me, perhaps more running/strength and flexibility related though.

Stay tuned and I will soon update you
