Junior entries to Northerns and Nationals

Hi everybody and Happy New Year!
I am wanting to put in the entries for The Northerns and Nationals today. There are a few people with question marks next to their names and a few people may have also changed their minds. Please let me know by 5 pm today 1st jan if there are any changes to the list Shirley sent you. People who have a question mark next to them will not be entered.
