KETTLERCISE is THE single most effective Kettlebell fat burning workout designed to shape and sculpt your body and offer rapid fat loss. It’s a stimulating, safe and easy to follow program to music in a group fitness class format.

Ideal for those wanting to get fit and lose weight and those looking to cross train for core, glute and leg strength to complement other sports such as running and cycling.

ALL abilities welcome. FIRST CLASS IS FREE!

KETTLERCISE classes are running on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening 7.30pm—8.20pm at Weston Lane Junior Sports & Social Club, Meagill Rise, Otley, LS21 2EJ.
