Another day for Volunteering..Saturday 29 April on the Grove. Between 10am and 4pm. The Carnival members will be selling advance tickets. If anyone can spare an hour or so to help out that will be great. This is as a thank you to the Ilkley Carnival for selecting Junior Ilkley Harriers as their Main Beneficiary this year. Thank you. Cakes: We are having a cake stall at our tent on the Carnival Field to raise funds for the new Compact Athletics facility. If you would like to contribute any cakes they will be most appreciated. Either drop them off at the Harriers' tent on the day, or at with me beforehand. Juniors wanting to burn off the calories can then enter our Speed Bounce Challenge ongoing throughout the afternoon. Alternatively. take part in our fun races in the Carnival Arena from approximately 3:30pm.

Thank you: to the Juniors and parents and everyone who took part in the Ilkley Carnival Parade; helped selling tickets, setting up/clearing away over the whole of the 3 day weekend, baked cakes and assisted with the games and other activities. Your contributions are much appreciated. The Junior Section will benefit from the Carnival's support for the New Compact Facility. Thank you.
