As part of the Beginners and Improvers programmes this year Jean Sullivan with Rachel Carter have volunteered to input some key principles of good nutrition to support those relatively new to exercise and running or those of us wanting to develop and improve. Add the date to your diary.
They aim to make this a discussion session by answering questions on these basics and nearer the time will ask for questions you'd like to input.
As you know both Jean and Rachel are good runners, friendly and social, as well as being experienced registered dietitians.
Look out in the autumn for a more advanced session to support experienced and strong runners.
