Help with new runners - the 0-5k challenge

Postby hildacoulsey » Mon Mar 28, 2016 4:28 pm

Hi all we are running the 0-5k challenge to help new runners to get started with training and techniques. Jane Brant will lead this starting on Tues 3rd May for 6 weeks. Please volunteer to help with these sessions, you don't need to commit to all we would like quite few of us to help out on different days and particularly on the first evening when we will be uncertain of numbers. Why not also encourage your family and friends to sign up. After these finish we would like to continue to coach a group to confidently tackle an hours running and hence hopefully offer a pathway to joining us at our sessions and as new members in October. These sessions are obviously good for new runners and those returning from injury or illness. Let me know please if you would be willing to help out for a few of these weeks. Thank you.

Hi Alison we should all be back at the tennis club and we'll meet there at 7, complete registration etc and expect to start the session about 7:15, at or from the tennis club.
Thank you
