Tuesday night training

I'll be doing Curly Hill reps tonight. Warm up from the club, followed by five efforts up Curly Hill and recovery down. Don't worry if you don't usually run with a faster group, this can be a mixed ability session as when the first person reaches the top everyone turns back down, so everyone is running for the same time up the hill.
