(minimal running, this workshop is purely strength, conditioning and flexibility -all movements are natural and no equipment apart from therabands, trigger point rollers and suspension trx bands)
The sessions will run in three terms. All sessions will be 90min, Foundation sessions will take place on Wednesday evenings between 7pm to 8:30pm
From the 3rd of October to the 19th of December
13 sessions. The first three sessions are the foundation for the whole workshop. You must attend all three foundation sessions before you become part of the normal sessions. The first three sessions will take you through all the natural movements to safely enjoy the 9 month workshop
From the 9th of January to the 27th of March(Easter holidays to start again on...)
From the 3rd of April 2013 to the 26th of June(as soon as the Monday Circuit training concludes we can discuss bringing the Monday outdoor session back if there is enough demand)
At the end of every term we will have a natural running workshop to talk biomechanics and see how the strength and flexibility have not only improved your running but everything else too.
There is no cost for the sessions or the workshop. If there would be a cost, and this is an idea (I did this many times before, but would not want to complicate things if the rules dont allow it) we could choose a charity that is close to our heart...set up a team page on one of the fundraising websites and perhaps donate a minimal amount per session, let's say 50p, 1 pound, something. But this is only brainstorming
The venue for the first month will be a three bay garage that is not used as garage but has been converted to a ballet/gymnastics studio (private not business). After november if I can progress certain things and have hard working professionals, we could have an even bigger space that we can use for other indoor sessions too. Both are located in Ilkley central and parking on the road is available although I think most of you will come running/walking/cycling.

The session is suitable for everybody, but it will be intense.
