Amid several other activities to raise money for water sanitation projects in Nicaragua and kitchen building in Uganda I am hosting an open house this Saturday 28th January where there will be LOADS of coffee and cake. I am paying for my own flights, accommodation etc so all the money raised will go directly to charity.
So if you are up for some cake to eat and a chat before or after your run then please pop by my house this Saturday – see invitation attached!

A massive thanks to all who turned up for coffee and cake! The event was a big success raising over £550 for kitchen building in Matugga. Ruaridh Mon-Williams
